Abstract

Red chili peppers (Capsicum annum L.) are one of the important horticultural
commodities. This is due to the many benefits that can be used for various
purposes. The purpose of this study was to determine the Potential of Plant
Growth Promoting Rhizobacterial (PGPR) from several Weeds Against the
Height and Age of Red Chili Plant Flowers (Capsicum annum L.) . The design
used in this study is: Non-Factorial Group Randomized Design (RAK), namely
PGPR (P) which consists of 5 levels of treatment, namely: P0: Without PGPR
Administration (Control), P1: PGPR administration from grass belulang (Eleusine
indica L. Gaertn), P2: PGPR administration from babodotan (Aqeratum
conyzoides), P3: PGPR administration from sharp-leaved reeds (Imperata
cylindrica), P4: PGPR administration from the origin of the puzzle ( Cyperus iria
L.). Based on the research that has been carried out, the treatment of PGPR
administration from several weeds has an unreal influence on plant height
parameters, the fastest treatment is found in the P1 treatment (PGPR
administration of the origin of the mullet grass (Eleusine indica L. Gaertn)) which
is 30.08 cm, while the longest result is found in the P3 treatment (PGPR
administration of sharp-leaved reed origin ( Imperata cylindrica)) which is 28.89
cm. and the age of flowers, the fastest treatment was found in the P2 treatment
(PGPR Administration of babadotan origin (Aqeratum conyzoides)) which was
40.66 HST, while the longest treatment was found in the P0 (control) treatment
which was 45.33 HST.
